• Typographical errors or omissions may occur; J&A Gift Store reserves the right to correct any errors.

3. Final Sale Items

• Clearance and promotional items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• All items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return if approved.

4. Shipping

• All orders ship via UPS Ground Advantage.

• Flat rate shipping is $6.95 per order.

• Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

• J&A Gift Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery, except for clearance/final sale items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.
